Refund Policy.

This Refund Policy describes how handles requests for refunds, returns, cancellations, and billing disputes.
Case-by-Case Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Where required by law, we will comply with applicable consumer protection requirements.
Digital Products and Downloads
Digital products (including downloadable files and access to digital content) may be ineligible for refunds once delivered or accessed, except where required by law or approved in our sole discretion.
Memberships and Subscriptions
For recurring memberships or subscriptions, cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law, previously paid amounts are generally non-refundable, but we may issue a refund in our discretion based on the circumstances.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email with:
- Your full name and email used at purchase.
- Date of purchase and product/service name.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, transaction ID, or order details).
- A brief explanation of the request.
Review Timeline
We aim to respond within a reasonable time. If approved, refunds are typically returned to the original payment method and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback may suspend access while the dispute is investigated.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date above when changes are made.
